Shipping Policy

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the U.S. and Puerto Rico.

All Blue-ish packages will be shipped standard rate unless another shipping method is requested for an extra cost. You can contact us at hello@blue-ish.net in order to provide you the quote.

Any order placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) with Standard Shipping Method will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days once we receive credit card authorization and verification.

Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will begin to be processed the following business day.
All Blue-ish customers will receive a confirmation in email provided in the order to show the tracking information and informing when the order has shipped.

These are the aproximate windows for the deliveries:

  • Free Standard: Estimated to arrive in 3-8 business days after processing and shipping
  • Two-Day (extra cost): Estimated to arrive in 2 business days after processing and shipping
  • Next-Day(extra cost): Estimated to arrive the following business day after processing and shipping
ALL SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Shipping to Multiple Addresses
Unfortunately, we can only ship to one address per order.
P.O. Boxes
We cannot delivered packages to P.O. Boxes.

Rules for International Shipping
We generally don’t sell to order countries, but if you are interested in that, please be aware that all orders that will be shipping internationally are subject to additional shipping charges based on taxes, tariffs and duties (“fees”) put into place by that country. Blue-ish is not responsible for these fees. All fees are to be paid for by the customer at the time of delivery.

Blue-ish Return Policy
Our unique pieces may have small variation of colors and shape from the ones available in the Blue-ish website as each one of them is done individually by one of our craftsmen/craftswomen. If your product has a defect, we will gladly exchange it for another one. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return your item in its original conditions within 30 (thirty days) of receiving your order. After receiving your returned product, your refund of the price paid will be done in the same method as your original purchase.

Most of our rings are adjustable, meaning you can increase or reduce its size. If you have any question on how to do it, please contact us at hello@blue-ish.net.
It can take up to 15 business days from when we receive your return for your return to be processed. Business days for us are Monday to Friday except for federal holidays. Your return processing begins after your package is delivered to us.

Would you like your order wrapped?
You have the option to receive free gift wrapping on eligible online orders or you can order one.
If selected at checkout, all jewelry items in an order above $100.00 will be gift wrapped. You can also choose to enter a gift message that we will print and include in your package.
If your order doesn’t qualify, you can ask for a gift wrapping that will cost you $9.00. This option will include a customized message, if you would like to.
