What if I need help placing an order? 

If you need any help when placing an order, please send an email to [email protected]. We will be able to help you.  

We operate on USA business days from Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST. 

How long will it take to receive my order? 

All Shipping windows shown below are our best estimates and delivery dates cannot always be guaranteed. 

The following shipping methods are in effect during this time: 

  • Standard: Estimated to arrive in 3-5 business days after processing and shipping 
  • Two-Day: Estimated to arrive in 2 business days after processing and shipping 
  • Next-Day: Estimated to arrive the following business day after processing and shipping 

While most orders are processed within 48-hours, orders may take 1-3 business days to process prior to shipment.

When will my order ship? 

  • Any order placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) with Standard Shipping Method will be processed and shipped within 2-5 business days once we receive credit card authorization and verification. 
  • Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will begin to be processed the following business day.  
  • All Blue-ish customers will receive a confirmation in email provided in the order to show the tracking information and informing when the order has shipped.  
  • If you need your order earlier, you can always choose a faster shipping method. In this case, all orders submitted before 12:00 PM EST with Next Day or Two-Day shipping methods selected will ship in the following business day.

What if I need to change by Product? 

All our products are handmade, and our pieces are unique, so all our products are considered as Final Sale.  

Our unique pieces may have small variation of colors and shape from the ones available in the Blue-ish website as each one of them is done individually by one of our craftsmen/craftswomen.  

If your product has a defect, we will gladly exchange it for another one. 

Most of our rings are adjustable, meaning you can increase or reduce its size. If you have any question on how to do it, please contact us at [email protected].   

It can take up to 15 business days from when we receive your return for your return to be processed. Business days for us are Monday to Friday except for federal holidays. Your return processing begins after your package is delivered to us.

How do I find my ring size? 

There are several methods available to determine your ring size (or the ring size of a loved one). Please refer to the table in this page.  

What is the best way to keep my Blue-ish piece? 

  • Fine jewelry can be washed with warm water and mild soap. Make sure to rinse your Blue-ish piece very well. 
  • Dry it completely with a soft cloth. 
  • Natural gemstones such as your Larimar can be fragile, so we recommend avoiding using harsh chemicals when wearing your Blue-ish piece.  
  • Try not to use paper towels to clean your gemstones as they can cause scratching. 
  • Protect your fine jewelry by storing your items in a dry area away from the sun and hot temperatures. 

How is my order packaged? 

  • Each item over $25 comes in a Blue-ish signature package. The rest will be packed in a regular jewelry box. 

Would you like your order wrapped?  

You have the option to receive free gift wrapping on eligible online orders or you can order one.  

If selected at checkout, all jewelry items in an order above $100.00 will be gift wrapped. You can also choose to enter a gift message that we will print and include in your package.  

If your order doesn’t qualify, you can ask for a gift wrapping that will cost you $5.00. This option will include a gift tag and a customized message, if you would like to. 

Does the jewelry come with a certificate of authenticity?

Is this site secure?

Any personal information given to Blue-ish will be protected. The Blue-ish server will secure your personal information with up-to-date firewall and encryption techniques during the ordering process. However, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.
