We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the U.S. and Puerto Rico.
All Blue-ish packages will be shipped standard rate unless another shipping method is selected.
Any order placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) with Standard Shipping Method will be processed and shipped within 2-5 business days once we receive credit card authorization and verification.
Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will begin to be processed the following business day.
All Blue-ish customers will receive a confirmation in email provided in the order to show the tracking information and informing when the order has shipped.
If you need your order earlier, you can always choose a faster shipping method. In this case, all orders submitted before 12PM EST with Next Day or Two-Day shipping methods selected will ship in the following business day.

While most orders are processed within 48-hours, orders may take 1-3 business days to process prior to shipment.

Shipping to Multiple Addresses
Unfortunately, we can only ship to one address per order.
We cannot delivered packages to P.O. Boxes.

Rules for International Shipping
We generally don’t sell to order countries, but if you are interested in that, please be aware that all orders that will be shipping internationally are subject to additional shipping charges based on taxes, tariffs and duties (“fees”) put into place by that country. Blue-ish is not responsible for these fees. All fees are to be paid for by the customer at the time of delivery.

Blue-ish Return Policy
All our products are handmade, and our pieces are unique so they may have small variation of colors and shape from the ones available in the Blue-ish website as each one of them is done individually by one of our craftsmen/craftswomen.
If your product has a defect, we will gladly exchange it for another one.
Our clients have the right to return the purchased product in the 30 days following delivery, without having to justify their choice. The product must be returned in its original state without signs of wear.
After we receive your piece, a full refund of the original price paid will be credited in the same method of the payment done.
Most of our rings are adjustable, meaning you can increase or reduce its size. If you have any question on how to do it, please contact us at email@example.com.
It can take up to 15 business days from when we receive your return for your return to be processed. Business days for us are Monday to Friday except for federal holidays. Your return processing begins after your package is delivered to us.

Would you like your order wrapped?
You have the option to receive free gift wrapping on eligible online orders or you can order one.
If selected at checkout, all jewelry items in an order above $100.00 will be gift wrapped. You can also choose to enter a gift message that we will print and include in your package.
If your order doesn’t qualify, you can ask for a gift wrapping that will cost you $9.00. This option will include a customized message, if you would like to.

Chose a ring you already own that it’s on the finger you will wear your new ring. Place it on the circles below. The inner edge of your ring should align with the outer edge of the circle. If the ring falls between two sizes we suggest you to get the larger one.
